Account security
Two-step authentication adds a confirmation when you sign in. Alongside your password, you use a code generated by an authenticator app.
This protection is optional. You choose whether to turn it on.
Understand the protection and how to set it up
- Prepare your authenticator app
Have an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator. It generates six-digit codes that change periodically. You do not need to add your account yet.
- Start setup and confirm your identity
Select “Turn on two-step authentication” and request a code sent to your account email. Open the message and enter that code here. This confirms your identity before changing security settings; it is not the app code yet.
- Add your account to the app
After you confirm the email code, this page displays a QR code and a key. Choose to add an account in your authenticator and scan the QR using the app’s camera. Or enter the key manually in the app.
- Confirm the app code
Return to this page and enter the six digits currently shown in the app. Select “Confirm and turn on” and wait for confirmation. Protection is active only when this page confirms setup is complete.
After setup, use the authenticator code when requested at sign-in. The email code used during setup and the app codes serve different purposes.

Delete my account
Deleting your account removes your profile and access. Monthly support is cancelled immediately; payment records are kept for accounting.

The format, value and availability of a future benefit are still being defined. This support is separate from voluntary donations and does not automatically authorise research contact.

Company recognition with a logo is optional in every plan and requires explicit approval.
Across all options, we may share research materials or findings that we consider relevant to your organization. Kuaapy shares these at its discretion, without a fixed schedule or obligation to send them.
Independence and collaboration terms
- Support does not determine research conclusions or grant editorial veto rights or automatic endorsement of the supporting organization.
- Before formalizing the collaboration, we agree on scope, deliverables, timelines, contact schedules and brand use for the selected option.
- Private personal stories and internal data are not a sponsorship benefit. Any use of research material depends on the applicable permissions and conditions.
